Net Zero Pledge
We empower Your Net Zero Pledge, through permanent magnet drive and waste heat recovery technologies.
Since 2002, together with our partner, we have installed over 100 waste heat recovery systems for power generation in process industries. Waste heat recovery (WHR) power plant installed in cement plants, use the heat generated through rotary kiln preheater (PH) and AQC exhaust hot gases for power generation, it saves over 30 Kwh/t clinker and support your industry to reach your net zero goal.
Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) Power Plant
WHR power plants use waste heat from various sources like cement kilns, blast furnaces, sponge iron kilns, gas turbines etc. and convert these to power, thereby reducing consumption of fossil fuels. WHR power plants help the customer in moving towards sustainability by reducing the carbon footprint of their operations.
Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) are highly efficient electric motors for a wide range of applications. They utilise several types of permanent magnet materials, including hard ferrites, alnico, samarium cobalt, and neodymium iron boron.
Five Advantages of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors:
-
Wide speed range
-
Large overload capacity
-
Efficient in energy consumption
-
The motor is small in size and light in weight
-
Small moment of inertia, high acceleration and dynamic performance
