Quality control of raw material grinding for cement production:

  • Automatic adjustment of raw material proportions

  • Based on on-line (OLA) or on-site (XRF) measurements

  • Raw meal quality control (target control or limitation of LS, SF, AR, etc.)

SW System is used to control the quality of raw material mixtures such as cement, coal, ores, foodstuffs, etc. for better quality control as well as raw material loss.

O_Blend Management Software is used for automated sampling and analysis.

Optimized Control Module

  • Optimized control of raw material quality in real time (targeting control of LS, range control of SR, control of upper and lower limits of AR, etc.)

  • Reduction of sand consumption by increasing ARM1 consumption -> automatic switching between sand and ARM1 raw material to control SR values

Compensator Module

  • Compensates for deviations between on-line and off-line measurements

  • Reduced recalibration of OLA equipment operations

  • Transparent operation

  • Available as O_BLEND option or stand-alone option
